LSBC Family Camp 2014

LSBC FAMILY CAMP 2014 - REGISTRATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. LSBC Family Camp 2014 (“Church Camp”) will take place from 18 – 21 June 2014 and the registration fee (“Camp fee”) include the hotel accommodation for 4 days 3 nights, 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches and 2 dinners and the use of conference rooms. The transportation fee via coach (“Coach fee”) is charged separately.

2. Online registration will commence on 9 February 2014 and end on 9 March 2014. Registration is complete upon FULL payment of the Camp fee and Coach fee (if applicable) at the church’s L1 Atrium, together with the printed order confirmation.

3. The Church Camp is strictly for members of Living Sanctuary Brethren Church who have been attending one of the church services regularly for at least 3 months prior to registering for the Camp. It is preferred that he/she is visiting/attending a Discipleship Journey Cell.

4. Church Camp registration is non-transferable. Exceptions may be considered under special circumstances. Such requests are to be made before 9 May 2014 in writing to Rosalind (email: rosalind@lsbc.org.sg).

5. The Camp fee will be fully refunded* if the cancellation is made before 9 May 2014 and in writing to Rosalind (email: rosalind@lsbc.org.sg) with the reasons clearly stated. Cancellations made on 9 May 2014 till 2 June 2014 (both dates inclusive) will receive a refund of 50% of the Camp fee. Cancellations made after 2 June 2014 will not be refunded. *Coach fee is not refundable.

6. The Coach fee is non-refundable.

7. Walk-in registrations on the actual day of the Church Camp will not be accepted.

8. All decisions made by the Church Camp committee are final.
